DRIED FLOWER RETURNS
Due to the delicate + fragile nature of our dried + preserved flowers, there may be minor shedding that occurs during transit which is acceptable. However, the L-A team take careful measures to ensure the flowers are packaged in a way to prevent this.
If flowers are damaged (excluding expected shedding), please email us with photos within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will review + get back to you immediately. We are unable to accept returns for our dried flowers, however, we do offer refunds and replacements.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase
As per your statutory rights, you have 14 days from receipt of your item to notify us of your return via email@example.com. You then have 14 days from this communication to return your item to us at:

Please note when purchasing any goods from Little Ant Ltd you are entering into a sales contract with Little Ant Ltd. You accept that in the case of items being delivered to your nominated delivery address and there is no recipient there to accept the delivery; you, the customer, nominates the courier to take custody of your order until it is either redelivered or collected. Little Ant Ltd cannot be liable for goods uncollected. Please consider this when calculating the 14 day period within which you are eligible to notify us of the return of your goods.
The customer is liable for all returns costs. We recommend using a tracked service for returns to ensure traceability for both parties. If an item is returned for a refund the initial postage and packaging costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
We request that you detail your order number and your request for a refund within your return package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must not be marked or soiled in any way. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item is returned in a condition not deemed eligible for a refund, the customer is liable for the return postage cost to have the item returned to them.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are offered a refund, the agreed amount will be processed by Little Ant Ltd within 2 working days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
